In what format should my image be?

The image format (portrait or landscape) doesn't matter; we arrange the image to create the best-looking Line Art, usually in portrait format. The file format of your image should be either .jpg or .png.

How can I pay for the image?

You can conveniently pay for your personalised Line Art artwork using PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay or credit card.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Are the images delivered framed?

Yes, if you order a frame, we will deliver our images pre-framed. This way, the images are ready for hanging or gifting straight away.

What happens if I don't like the design?

If you don't like the design, just let us know, and we will make adjustments to the artwork for you. If you still don't like the image even after multiple adjustments, you can cancel your order at any time, and we will refund 100% of your money.

What are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs within Ireland. Shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, or Poland is also free for you. Shipping is generally done via DHL to the mentioned countries. Do you want to ship to another country? Feel free to contact us in the chat; we'd be happy to make that possible for you.

How long does the delivery take?

Since each image is hand-drawn, it usually takes between 3-4 business days until the first design consultation. After your design approval, we usually send the image within 2-3 business days, so the whole process from order placement to delivery at your home typically takes 5-7 business days. However, for urgent cases, we have a limited number of express slots. These orders are prioritized over others and are shipped with DHL Express or UPS Overnight Express. This way, the delivery can ideally take place on the 2nd business day after placing the order.
